Refund policy

 

No refund will be issued in below situations, read all points carefully.

Do not contact us for any refunds before due delivery date for your order. for example our  letter mail service is 1-2 weeks from order date this means if an order is done on 1st Jan and not received by 14th Jan.

No refund for paid shipping cost if customer choose to cancel the order after shipping.

No refund for return shipping cost as customer should return item on his cost after our return approval

No refund in case SIM card not working due to locked, incompatible phone & service providers issues.

No refund for Prepaid vouchers,  top-ups, plan activations, digital products or payments for technical support agreements as soon as its delivered by email/sms/chat/printed copy

No refund/exchange will be issued after 14 days, please contact us to return within 14 days of receiving.

No refund/exchange once sealed items are unpacked or open items used in any ways. Items must be returned in original condition they were sold/shipped

Note: Letter mail orders must be returned without opening the envelope.

Refund  Timings:

Once approved by CCS a refund can take 3-5 business days to get back to customer account depending what payment method they have used.
