1. Order a Saving Plan from drop down menu. If you have a SIM Card then write "Activation Offer" in Order notes otherwise we will ship you the SIM card.
2. Complete and Submit Activation Form on our website and we will activate in 1-3 business days.
3. We see only pre-selected numbers at the time of Activation and will choose best number available for you according to your city selection but still you can change the number after activation free of charge.
To manage your account: follow step A & B
A. Insert SIM Card in an unlocked Phone and make a test Call to make sure that your Phone is working now as you will need a Case sensitive code by SMS from Koodo Mobile to create new account.
B. Create New Self-Serve Account (https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/self-registration) with number activated by us and sent to you by email with PDF attachment.
5. If you wish to Change/Port your number then login to your KoodoMobile Account with your email address and password and Click on Change Number under My profile and Follow Instructions. Make sure old provider's SIM Card is in the Phone and Working to reply YES with in 90 minutes after receiving SMS. After replying YES your signal from old provider will disappear or old SIM Card will stop working in 30-60 minutes then you should insert Public Mobile SIM card and restart Phone and your temporary number will be replaced.
6. If a SIM card purchased with a saving plan activated by customer directly on Koodo mobile website then we can issue a refund after keeping $10 for SIM card Price
