- If you want to transfer your active mobile number from another provider to lucky mobile then send us the current mobile number, provider name,account number and name on account.
- Once you receive the email Shipment is on the way means sim is activated by us.
- Reply YES to SMS message from your current Provider to Transfer your number.
- Wait for mobile signal to 100% disappear from your current provider it may take 1-2 hours to complete the porting process.
- Remove SIM Card from your phone for current provider and Insert Lucky Mobile SIM Card.
- Send us a message from website Chat options WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger/iPhone/Desktop to add manually funds for 1st month bill.
- We will add funds at our earliest and will send you confirmation message.
- Your Lucky Mobile should be working by now.
